Rainbow Bridge Pet Funerals was born from our own experiences of pet loss and a belief that families deserved more choice, transparency and compassion when saying goodbye. We’re Michelle and James, a husband-and-wife team, and together with our daughter Mya and our small, dedicated team, we’ve created the kind of service we wished had been available when we lost our own pets. As an independent, family-run pet crematorium, every pet entrusted to us is treated as though they were one of our own. From dignified collection and cremation to personally returning ashes by hand, every detail is handled with care. We also work with independent RCVS vets to provide peaceful home and Rainbow Room euthanasia. Our care goes beyond the practical. From paw and nose prints, fur clippings and keepsakes to pet loss support, our Memory Walls and access to Griefity, we want families to feel supported before, during and after their goodbye. For us, this isn’t simply a business. It’s about giving pets the farewell they deserve and their families the care, time and choices we would want for our own.
