Carrington Animal Rescue is a registered charity based at Nursery Farm in Carrington, dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and rehoming of cats and small animals, including rabbits, rats, and guinea pigs. What started as a grassroots effort has grown into a full operation built from the ground up covering animal welfare, foster and volunteer coordination and fundraising all driven by a small, committed team who believe every animal deserves a second chance. We take in animals facing the toughest circumstances: strays, surrenders, and those too vulnerable or unwell to be left without help. Every animal in our care receives proper veterinary treatment, a safe place to recover, and the time it takes to find them a home that's right for them not just any home, but the right one. Beyond day-to-day rescue work, we're active in our local community running events, fundraising appeals, and adoption drives to keep animal welfare visible and supported in Carrington and beyond.
